How do you assess and manage food intolerances?

We do not rely on food intolerance tests, as these often provide inaccurate results and can instil unnecessary fear around certain foods. Instead, Jamie will engage in direct conversations with you to build a nutritional plan that addresses potential intolerances while also delving deeper to identify and resolve the underlying issues causing these intolerances. Our goal is to prevent food choices from controlling your life and to improve your variety and nutrient intake.

Can you help me if I have body composition/image goals?

Absolutely. Achieving optimal fat loss requires a holistic approach that considers various factors, including biochemistry, lifestyle, gut health, diet and training stimulus. Jamie's approach combines both his backgrounds as a physique and functional health coach to addresses all aspects of your lifestyle, including macros, training and output.

What if I follow a plant-based lifestyle?

We prioritise our clients' well-being and strive to guide them towards healthier lifestyles. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that Jamie has reservations about plant-based diets, including veganism. From his experience, such diets often exacerbate existing health issues and symptoms. It's important to remove the misconceptions surrounding animal products; when consumed in their real, high-quality form, they don't harm our health, in fact they help us thrive. If you adhere to a strict plant-based diet and aren't open to incorporating high-quality animal products, his approach will not align with your goals and we suggest you work with another coach who is more aligned with your beliefs.

What experience does Jamie have?

Jamie has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He transitioned into this field driven by his passion and personal chronic health issues, which included mould poisoning, yeast issues, bacterial overgrowths, MCAS (histamine issues), leaky gut, H. Pylori and chronic food sensitivities, among others. These experiences fueled his dedication to learning and self-improvement, shaping him into the coach he is today. Jamie's career has evolved from a standard personal trainer in a gym to a health-focused physique coach at a renowned bodybuilding gym in London and now to a fully online health and physique coach.
