However, it's crucial to acknowledge that Jamie has reservations about plant-based diets, including veganism. From his experience, such diets often exacerbate existing health issues and symptoms. It's important to remove the misconceptions surrounding animal products; when consumed in their real, high-quality form, they don't harm our health, in fact they help us thrive. If you adhere to a strict plant-based diet and aren't open to incorporating high-quality animal products, his approach will not align with your goals and we suggest you work with another coach who is more aligned with your beliefs.

He transitioned into this field driven by his passion and personal chronic health issues, which included mould poisoning, yeast issues, bacterial overgrowths, MCAS (histamine issues), leaky gut, H. Pylori and chronic food sensitivities, among others. These experiences fueled his dedication to learning and self-improvement, shaping him into the coach he is today.
