Mastery Package Instructions: I understand that it is my responsibility to gather all necessary information for Jamie Hayward to analyse before he can create my tailored programme. This includes purchasing a blood test, having my blood drawn accurately following the provided instructions, completing health screening forms and completing other related tasks. I acknowledge that I will receive instructions on how to gather the required information via a welcome email once I begin the Mastery Package. Additionally, I understand that I will be granted access to educational videos and tutorials as part of the process within CH's Optimal Health Community (name subject to change), hosted on the Skool platform or another platform in the future. It is essential that I allocate time to watch these videos in order to fully utilise this service effectively. *

Mastery Package Support Conditions: I understand that by selecting Jamie Hayward’s Mastery Package, I will receive comprehensive support, including 1-to-1 support via WhatsApp, access to the community group, group Empowerment calls, weekly check-ins, tailored programming, blood work analysis, lifestyle programming and more. It is my responsibility to fully engage with Jamie’s programme and seek support as needed to make progress. Additionally, 1-to-1 WhatsApp support response hours are set for mornings and evenings from Monday to Thursday, and Friday mornings. These hours are subject to change based on daily workload, but during these times, the latest response time will be 36 hours, unless prior notification of absence has been given. Responses may also occur on Friday afternoons/evenings or weekends; however, these times are designated for the coaching staff to reset and recharge, so immediate responses should not be expected. I understand that I can still send messages during these times, and responses will be provided in bulk upon their return. Phone calls are not accepted unless booked personally and random calls will not be answered. *

Mastery Responsibilities: As a Mastery client, while I have comprehensive support from Jamie Hayward and the coaching team, it is my responsibility to actively pursue my health and fitness goals by utilising the support and resources provided within my coaching package. I understand that failure to do so may impede my progress and limit the effectiveness of the service. It is not Jamie or any other member of the coaching staff’s responsibility to repeat instructions or guidance that are clearly explained within the educational resources inside the community hub. I understand that I need to allocate time to watch these educational videos and implement the advice into my lifestyle and coaching process. I will not expect the coaching staff to do the work for me. Furthermore, if Jamie Hayward or other Coach Hayward staff are on holiday, my coaching or membership package remains active, but certain services may be temporarily inactive. This includes weekly check-ins, community support, Empowerment calls and programme adjustments, which will not take place during this time. However, I understand that Jamie Hayward may still provide WhatsApp support, depending on his decision. If Jamie is fully away and unable to offer any support, all coaching support (including 1-to-1 messages and Empowerment calls) will be temporarily inactive. I am expected to work independently, referring to the provided educational content. I will be notified in advance of any periods of unavailability, including specific details on what services will be temporarily unavailable, via message or email. *

Community Rules and Conduct: The community rules within the coaching community platform may change over time and are at the discretion of the coaching staff to enforce. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my removal from the community group and the cancellation of my membership/package, though I may still be charged for the remainder of my payment period. I agree that all posts and conversations within the community group must be respectful of all members, including the coaching staff and fellow participants. I also acknowledge that the coaching staff aims to respond to queries within a 48-hour working day response window (excluding weekends and public holidays) and that they are not expected to work on weekends. I agree to respect their time, avoid pressuring them for quicker responses and adhere to the process outlined by the coaching team. *

Disclaimer: I acknowledge that Jamie Hayward (of Coach Hayward) and the Coach Hayward coaching staff cannot provide professional medical advice. Any advice given by them is not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any dysfunction, disorder, or disease. It is solely for informational purposes and should not be used to contradict the advice of trained medical professionals. I hereby release Jamie Hayward (of Coach Hayward) and the Coach Hayward coaching staff from any injury, claim, loss, liability, or damage that may allegedly arise from the information or suggestions provided during our consultations or online coaching sessions, or from any material or content created by them. In the event of any health conditions, I will seek diagnosis and treatment from my registered healthcare practitioner. *

Medical: I declare that I am in a good state of health to participate in this programme. If my medications, condition, or medical limitations should change during the programme I will notify Jamie Hayward (of Coach Hayward) or any other member of the Coach Hayward coaching staff. I also confirm that I have either had a physical exam and have received my physician’s permission to participate or I have decided to participate without the approval of my physician. I understand the risks and appreciate that injuries are a possibility whilst exercising. I hereby assume all responsibility for the risks of injury, which could occur through my participation in exercise. *

Data: As a client of the process, I understand I have not been given permission to share, download or copy any of the membership material or sheets that are provided as a part of the service. If I do so, my coaching process will be cancelled and I will still be charged for the remaining billing period in full. I also am aware that my data inside the Google Drive will be shared between myself and all Coach Hayward coaching staff so they can track my progress if/when it becomes necessary. *

Technology: As an online coaching client, I understand that it is my responsibility to complete online forms, access and use Google Drive and ensure I have the necessary technology to fully engage with the resources and support provided. Additionally, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to study the educational materials to fully understand how to utilise the resources effectively. I further accept that I must be proficient in using online technology in order to fully benefit from the coaching services provided. *

Lifestyle: I acknowledge that, as outlined in the FAQ section, this service is not suitable for individuals following a strict plant-based diet or lifestyle. I hereby confirm that Jamie's approach does not impede my ability to follow his lifestyle and nutritional recommendations. *

Monthly Mastery Payment: As a client of the process, I acknowledge and agree to the following payment conditions: All payments are NON-refundable. Monthly payments for my chosen membership/coaching package will continue until I decide to cancel. To cancel or alter my membership/coaching package, I must follow the cancellation policy outlined in the FAQ section of the coaching community platform. Any request to cancel or change my coaching package requires a minimum of 30 days' notice. Failure to provide 30 days' notice will result in continued charges for the next billing period. As a 1-to-1 client under Jamie’s Mastery package: If I opt for an upfront payment package, I will receive 3 or 6 months of coaching under the Mastery coaching package. Once the set monthly time expires my current Mastery package rate will automatically continue to be charged on a monthly basis. To discontinue further coaching or charges, I must adhere to the cancellation policy. If I select the monthly direct debit option, I commit to completing a minimum of 3 payments before cancelling or adjusting my coaching package or charges (including cancellation fees) will continue. A £30 repayment charge will apply for each missed payment or declined transaction. If I cancel or stop payments without prior notification or fail to comply with the cancellation policy, I understand that I will be removed permanently from the process until the missed payments and any applicable repayment charges have been paid. This includes cases where I cancel the payment directly with my bank or payment provider without informing the coaching team. *
